Situation and purpose

An appointment needs an agreed date, time, and purpose. Available asks whether a time is possible. Reschedule means move the appointment to another time; cancel means stop the arrangement. Repeat the new details at the end, especially if the day or time has changed.

Useful expressions

Model conversation

Dara: I’d like to change my Friday appointment.

Maly: What time was it booked for?

Dara: Two in the afternoon.

Maly: We have Monday at ten available.

Dara: That works for me. Monday at ten, correct?

Maly: Yes, your appointment has been changed.

Common mistakes

Instead of	Use	Why
