What you’ll learn
Use base forms after demands and recommendations.
ប្រើកិរិយាសព្ទដើមក្នុងសំណើផ្លូវការក្រោយ that។
Meaning and use
In formal mandative clauses, verbs such as recommend, insist, and demand can be followed by that + subject + base verb, even with he or she. Be remains be, and negatives use not without do. Should + base is another common pattern, especially in British English. Insist can also assert a fact, where ordinary tense forms are appropriate.
